Since 2022, guests can easily charge their electric vehicle at Hotel Parkzicht in the Dutch village of Veendam. “At some point, guests started wondering whether they can charge their electric vehicle at our hotel or not” says Ab Weij, owner of the hotel. “It is great that you can offer this service yourself.”
As the realisation of the charging solution at the hotel went positively, PowerGo will additionally install charging points at restaurant The Ranch, nearby the hotel. There will be three 30-kilowatt charging stations here, with the possibility of expansion. For visitors, this is the ideal spot to charge the electric vehicle while walking or cycling in the area, or during a visit at the recreation park or the restaurant.
