- How can I find a PowerGo charging station?
Use our PowerGo Charge app to find a charging station near you. Open the app, go to the map and find a charging station nearby.
- What are PowerGo’s charging prices?
We offer dynamic prices at almost all locations, which means they follow the market price. You can find the prices for each charging station in our app and on our website. In the app, you also receive insights into the prices for the upcoming hours. Read more about our prices here: Dynamic charging prices.
- Can I charge my vehicle at every charging station?
Yes, any vehicle with a type-2 connection can use our AC charging stations. For DC charging, all our charging stations are equipped with a CCS connector – the European standard for fast charging. Some of our fast charging locations are also equipped with a CHAdeMO connection. The types of connections for each charging station are listed in the PowerGo Charge app.
- What should I do if the charging station doesn’t work?
If a charging station is temporarily out of order, please contact support. Our support number can be found on the charging station, in the PowerGo Charge app or on our website. Reach out to us and we will help right away.
- Can I use my charging card at PowerGo charging stations?
PowerGo charging stations accept most charging cards. We are constantly expanding our network of partners, so we expect your charging card to work at our charging stations as well. You can always charge and pay using the PowerGo Charge app.
- Do I pay an idle fee at PowerGo?
No, PowerGo does not charge an idle fee. An idle fee is applied by some charge point operators when a vehicle remains connected to a charging station after the charging session has ended. PowerGo does not apply an idle fee, so you won’t be charged extra for this.
