Dynamic charging prices are directly linked to the EPEX, the European market for electricity trading. Electricity prices can vary every 15 minutes, based on supply and demand. Prices are lower when there is a low demand or a surplus supply of electricity. Higher prices occur when the demand for electricity is high or when there is a limited supply.

Dynamic prices apply to almost all our locations. Use our app to see if dynamic prices apply to the location you are visiting.
- Do I pay an idle fee at PowerGo?
No, PowerGo does not charge an idle fee. An idle fee is applied by some charge point operators when a vehicle remains connected to a charging station after the charging session has ended. PowerGo does not apply an idle fee, so you won’t be charged extra for this.
- How can I find a PowerGo charging station?
Use our PowerGo Charge app to find a charging station near you. Open the app, go to the map and find a charging station nearby.
- How does charging and payment work?
Charging and payment at PowerGo can be done in several ways. For example, with a charging card, bank card or our own PowerGo Charge app. To charge and pay using our charging stations, first choose a payment method, connect the charging cable to the vehicle and stop the charging session when done. - What should I do if the charging station doesn’t work?
If a charging station is temporarily out of order, please contact support. Our support number can be found on the charging station, in the PowerGo Charge app or on our website. Reach out to us and we will help right away.
- Why isn’t my vehicle charging?
Make sure the cable from the charging station is properly connected to the vehicle and that the vehicles’ settings are not set to ‘delayed’ or ‘scheduled charging.’ If the vehicle still does not charge, unlock your vehicle, disconnect the cable and try again. If the vehicle still won’t start charging, please contact us.
