Press release – Clever, Denmark’s biggest Charge Point Operator (CPO), and international CPO PowerGo, aim to use this collaboration to better utilize Denmark’s existing charging network and give EV drivers easier access to charging infrastructure.
This means that from today, Clever One customers will have access to PowerGo’s Danish charging network, currently comprising nearly 1,000 charging points – including 65 fast and ultra-fast charging points – distributed across the country: near big cities, villages, as well as central charging hubs. Among these are 14 ultra-fast charging points at Lillebælt Syd, offering charging speeds up to 400 kW.
“With our new partnership with PowerGo, we’re opening the door to around 1,000 new charging points across the country, now accessible to our Clever One customers at no extra cost.”
“We want to make it easy, safe and flexible to drive an electric vehicle in Denmark. That’s why we’re continuously expanding Denmark’s strongest charging network and forming partnerships with other charging operators, making even more charging points available to our customers”, says Mathias Langkilde Sukstorf, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Clever, and continues:

In Denmark, PowerGo has won 19 tenders for the installation of over 1,600 public charging points. PowerGo is currently rolling out its network in 16 Danish municipalities and has already installed ultra-fast charging hubs at Lillebælt Syd and in Haderup. More new locations are on the way as PowerGo continues to expand its presence across the country.
