PowerGo solves issues quickly, thanks to our support team that provides maintenance and technical assistance, often within 24 hours. This way we guarantee an uptime rate above 99%. We’re always standing by to serve you.
- How long does it take to build the charging infrastructure?
The time frame depends upon the location and your preferences. After we sign the contract, the location analysis and planning stage takes three to five working days. Next, we apply for a grid connection and plan the installation phase, which may take six months or more, depending on the grid operator. Once the connection is approved, things can move quickly: from preparing the site, to construction and delivery, followed by monitoring. We work closely with you throughout the process, with consideration for vital factors like grid congestion, available space, building regulations, and your plans for future growth.
- Can I scale the number of charging stations up or down in the future?
Yes, because we’re constantly monitoring the charging stations. If necessary, PowerGo can change the number of charging stations at your location, based on the data and usage.
- Can dynamic prices sometimes make charging more expensive?
On the contrary. Dynamic prices help keep costs as low as possible, especially during off-peak hours. This encourages charging when there is a surplus of clean energy available. It’s beneficial for you and good for the planet. PowerGo helps you set up your charging activities in a way that your fleet primarily charges during off-peak hours, allowing you to benefit from the lowest prices.
